Students graduating from the Department of Public Health Sciences are realizing great success in their acceptance to professional and graduate school programs in public health. They are also gaining employment in highly respected health related jobs. At the Medical University of South Carolina, our graduates are currently enrolled in medicine, dentistry, physician assisting, physical therapy, occupational therapy, health administration, and communicative disorders. Additionally, a number of students have applied and been accepted into programs of optometry, chiropractic, pharmacy, and public health.
