Instructional Equipment

• A variety of equipment is provided to faculty to further their efficiency and effectiveness in the classroom.
• Instructional equipment ranges from tv/vcr's, overheads, slide projectors to flipcharts, LCD units, and instructional models.
• All Smart Classroom remotes and/or mobile Laptop./LCD carts must be signed out and back in. A sign in/out sheet can be found at the front desk in the Learning Resource Center.

Laptops

• Laptops are available for faculty to check out overnight, over weekends, or for conferences.

Scanning

• Scanning services are available for faculty upon request.
• The current OCR in use is Textbridge Pro.

Scantron/Testing Services

• A Scantron 888P machine is provided for faculty to scan tests and request an item analysis which is located in the Learning Resource Center. Key answer sheets are provided to the faculty.
• Tests are also couried by graduate assistants to the test scoring center (M-4 Martin) upon request by faculty.
• Blue key answer sheets are provided to faculty and tests are usually returned to the LRC by courier within 24 hours.

Transparencies

• Transparencies and a transparency machine are available to faculty and graduate teaching assistants for making overheads for classroom instruction.
• The 3M Thermal Transparency will not process ink-jet produced materials therefore, a photocopy must be made first before using the machine.

Catalogs

A variety of resource catalogs (models, software, medical equipment, etc.) are available for faculty to pick up and review.
