ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Applicants may be initially/temporarily admitted to the Graduate School as a non-degree student while completing screening requirements:
- Students working as non-degree are limited to taking only four courses. Since students are not fully admitted they are not guaranteed that courses will apply in the event of program revisions. The most prudent action is for a student to apply for full admission prior to taking EdL classes and to confer with the program coordinator regarding possible program revisions.
Appropriate courses completed while in a non-degree admission status may be approved for use in a subsequent degree or certification program up to a maximum of 12 semester hours. The 12 semester hour limit includes courses accepted for transfer from other institutions. Students who wish to have transfer courses considered are advised to confer with program coordinator/ advisor prior to taking EdL courses.
