Session Proposal
A limited number of session slots are still open. All professionals are invited to submit proposals for sessions to be offered during the forum. Please fill out and submit a Session Proposal Form by November 23, 2009.
Continuing Education Units
As part of the program, each participant is enrolled in the Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Program and will be awarded CEU's upon completion of the program. Clemson University will maintain records of your participation, and, upon request, will provide a copy of your CEU transcript.
Conference Registration and Tuition
Registration deadline is February 1, 2010. Prepayment is required to be registered for the program. Upon written request, Clemson University will issue an invoice at the highest fee listed.

Facilities
Nestled in the pines of the Oconee National Forest, Rock Eagle 4-H Center provides a natural retreat atmosphere for conferences and group meetings. Available for group booking: eight conference buildings, auditorium, fifty four cottages, Natural History Museum, seven open air pavilions, chapel, pools and more!
Rock Eagle hosts over 70,000 visitors annually. Serving virtually any size group, from ten to 1100, the staff is proud to meet the needs and requests of guests.

Program Cancellation Policies
- We will gladly issue a refund (less a $50.00 processing fee) for cancellations made by 5:00 p.m. ET, January 15, 2010. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Substitutions are encouraged.
- If a program is cancelled for any reason, we will not be responsible for any cancellation changes/ charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
